HMSHost Brings Historic L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel Restaurant to Montréal–Trudeau International Airport

New restaurant offers travellers an elegant, gourmet dining experience through authentic Quebec flavours

Global restaurateur HMSHost, Aéroports de Montréal, and L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel representatives celebrated the first airport location of this restaurant renowned for its Quebec cuisine.

Travellers can now indulge in the tastes that make Montréal an international dining destination with the addition of historic fine dining establishment L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel to Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport.

Located in the terminal’s international jetty, L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel offers an inviting and open layout with dedicated restaurant, lounge, and bistro bar areas. HMSHost brought L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel Chef Émilie Rizzetto to the airport location to craft its classic upscale casual cuisine.

The Menù

Travellers will savour dishes such as roasted Cornish game hen; pan-seared salmon filet; stout braised pork shoulder; beef or salmon tartars; duck confit sandwich; and the famous L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel charcuterie and cheese platters.

For morning travellers, L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel offers breakfast delights such as poached eggs on a handmade Danish with hollandaise mustard sauce; tarts featuring mushrooms, bacon, and poached eggs; and French toast with stewed fruit and lemon zest mascarpone.

To accompany their gourmet meal, travellers can choose from an extensive option of local and imported fine wines, which are on display in the restaurant’s dining room, as well as a selection of cocktails and draft and bottled beer offerings.
