On Wednesday 28 January, the chef from the TV programme "Cucine da incubo"(Nightmare kitchens) will be at the Titoli book store at Fiumicino, from 5 pm onwards, to autograph copies ofhis latest book.
In"Pure tu vuoi fare lo chef?"(You too can be a chef), Cannavacciuolo gives an autobiographical account of how his passion for cooking arose and of the various experiences that enabled him to become one of Italy’s best known chefs. The book also has 30 recipes and some technical tips that no one intent on following this career path can afford to ignore. Pass it on!
