The Bistrot concept

Bistrot promotes a concept of quality based on local recipes and the revival of craft techniques.
The concept is emblematic of the Group’s new approach to foodservice.
Built in the style of a modern urban market using eco-friendly materials and technologies, the point of sale features a gastronomic offering that privileges food and wine typical of the surrounding area.
