The meeting point is scheduled on friday 6 february starting fromh.12.00 at the News Cafè bookstore inside Marconi airporto of Bologna.
In "Pure tu vuoi fare lo chef? "(You too want to be a chef), Cannavacciuolo gives an autobiographical account of how his passion for cooking arose and of the various experiences that enabled him to become one of Italy’s best known chefs. The book also has 30 recipes and some technical tips that no one intent on following this career path can afford to ignore.
