Milan, 21 April 2009 - The ordinary meeting of the shareholders of Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) held today under the chairmanship of Gilberto Benetton approved the financial statements for 2008. The meeting also voted to allocate profits for the year entirely to reserves.
